We had a problem with our tankless water heater failing to ignite the gas intermittently. Curt, our technician, diagnosed the problem immediately. He was professional and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything he was doing and gave us a clear overview of the water heater's functioning. He gave us his direct line and when we encountered another problem with the heater, he came by and diagnosed a problem with the gas line regulator. Curt's responsiveness and acumen are exceptional and indicative of this company's quality.

This is my second time working with Accurate Plumbing Solutions. The guys that worked on my project were all extremely professional, didn't leave a mess and were very hard workers. I would highly recommend Accurate and I would use them again in the future.

I have known the owner Spiro and his company for years and have always called him for my plumbing needs mostly small jobs. When it came time to renovate my faucets in my 6 year old home, he came over and assessed the job and explained to me the valve concerns should I change brands. With his advice I was able to find the perfect faucets for my guest and master bathrooms that were installed professionally by his team. During the installation, my 6-year-old water heater began leaking and not repairable. Spiro immediately contacted the manufacturer and notified me that it was not under warranty; however, asked when I bought the home. I told him that I closed in May 2012 and he said that the warranty may still be in effect and that I contact the manufacturer and get a reference number. I

Dan just left our house after repairing our main water valve. We are grateful for the quick service! Dan is super friendly and nice! He took the time to answer all our questions. The repair looks good and most importantly we have water without a leak!! Dan is very considerate and professional. Good choice!

I would like to thank Dan for accepting my call and having Kurt at my house to fix my gas water heater. I was desperate for hot water and after speaking to Dan at 3 pm he had Kurt at my house by 830 the next morning. He was professional but very friendly and explained everything he was going to do.
