Beware. We hired this company to inspect and treat a 376 home community and could not have received a worse quality of work. We were invoices for over $75k of work that was not completed at all or was not completed correctly. I would suggest staying away from this vendor. We had to do multiple property walks with this vendor where they admitted to not having touched the work before invoicing it, claimed the job site manager did not perform his quality inspections as was required and generally had no answers that were reasonable. The work they did do was of such poor quality we are now having to have the work re-done. Please save yourself time and avoid this vendor as they value revenue over quality. I had a pest inspection and repair work done by Accurate. The bill for the repairs was $5,500 and was paid. When I returned home, I noticed that some of the paid for work was not complete. This was a month ago. Ever since I've been trying to contact the company. They are another one of those companies that has grown and automated everything and mostly doesn't answer the phone. Finally, I was able to speak to the field tech that did the work and he insisted that the work was done, which is dead wrong. I'm still trying to the work done and they still don't answer the phone. Stay away from these guys.

Our service technician Carlton does a great job. He always calls the night before our service to let us know he’s coming out so we can keep our dogs inside. He’s always polite and professional and answers any questions we might have. I’d strongly recommend Accurate and Carlton!
