We recently had our furnace replaced at St. Matthews UFWB Church, 400 Dixwell Avenue in New Haven, and were so impressed by the entire experience! Lou, Collins, and John were timely, professional, and extremely clean. They treated our church with great care from start to finish. What stood out most was their thoughtfulness during a stretch of frigid temperatures. They provided us with temporary heating to keep us comfortable while they installed our new furnace. This was such a kind, customer-focused gesture. Their communication was clear, their skills are excellent, and they take pride in doing the job right. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, honest, and skilled professionals for heating installation or service.

Louis and his team are always helpful especially in an emergency. When I had a major flood in 2002 few days before Christmas I couldn’t get anyone to come out and my furnace was under water - we had pipes burst on the first and second level. Then with our insurance team found Accuraymech and they came out and accessed and was able to get my furnace to the first level out of harm’s way and get Louis’s insight on how to get this old house warmer. He’s always willing to go above and beyond and thankful for his help and his team.
