Steamatic sets the gold standard for professional air duct and HVAC system cleaning. Although this review is a bit delayed, I wanted to share how impressed we were after Steamatic performed a comprehensive air conveyance and HVAC system cleaning in our newly purchased home this past spring. Ned came out first to review our system and provide the quote. He was personable, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. He took the time to explain the process and answer our questions, which made the entire experience easy and reassuring. After the stress of dealing with the aftermath of an oil spill in my basement for months and the cleanup and the repairs, it was very stressful. Arturo and Dennis did a fantastic job cleaning our forced air duct HVAC system. They were very professional and did a thorough job cleaning a system that had years of dust and debris built up. I used Steamatic for my house in Guilford to clean my ductwork and vents. I have two dogs and the house was getting very dusty and developed a musty smell. I was putting off doing this as I thought it would be a messy and chaotic job. I was so very wrong. I can’t begin to write what a great experience I had last week….and I never write online reviews. The whole experience and especially the crew were simply amazing. The company had a cancellation that morning so they sent four men to the house so they could finish the job in one day versus two.
