He worked tirelessly until everything was gone even swept it for me we discovered that the flooring plywood was moist and sagging. A few places were gonna fall through. I hired him on the spot to come out next week. He’s gonna tear up all the plywood. Make sure that there is crushed stone and then replace all the plywood with the appropriate moisture resistant plywood. His prices are always fair.
