I had a very positive experience with Accutemp when my gas furnace malfunctioned just before the bitter cold snap we had in early February. They sent a technician (Tom) right away to diagnose the problem, followed up with clear explanations & quote for repair, and advised me honestly about repair vs. replacing the furnace. I chose to replace it and appreciated, once again, the speed with which Accutemp provided a quote, dealt with all the paperwork required by my condo, and scheduled the installation. The installation itself went smoothly, with technicians (Boris and Dave) who showed up on time, worked efficiently, and cleaned up perfectly. Wow! Blown away by the quick attention to my problem and the ability to fix it so fast! Within hours of my HVAC unit not working I had an Accutemp team member here ready to assist. They were friendly, professional, courteous (wore booties over his shoes in my home), prompt (most companies make you wait hours for them to actually show up) and so knowledgeable. My HVAC was back up and running within days of my first call, and I felt so fortunate that I called the right company for the job! It’s never great when you need you gas furnace services. We could not be happier with our experience. Manny, our technician was extremely thorough and was able to identify that it was an install issue from 10 years ago. He came back promptly and fixed all of our issues. He was amazing. We quickly got a written report of all the repairs. The scheduling department was awesome and informative and the accounting department was quick to get us our payment invoice.
