I do not recommend. Poor customer service. They sold us and shipped the wrong furnace. We even called them and they deterred us from our original and suggested this one! Now we have to pay to repackage, ship, and re-stock. Annnnd we still have no heat….

It always amazes me how knowledgeable Kate and Jaquie are with A/C systems and components. Having purchased Mitsubishi mini split components and Goodman high efficiency heat pump components over the past few years, their recommendations of systems, accessories, and install parts always hits the nail on the head. Kate was super helpful to special order a coastal corrosion treated condenser unit, stainless steel mini split mount parts, UV components, and more. Recently I needed a factory part and Kate enlightened me that it so happened to still be covered under warranty! The very next day the part shows up and the system is back up and running by days end! Thanks AC4Life and look forward to more projects with your assist.

Avoid and take your business elsewhere. I spent a lot of time researching new units for my home. After 2 days I settled on a unit and began searching Florida for a distributor of the model I wanted. AC Direct had it. I immediately ordered on their website and paid. I then called to verify the order and the offered free vacation. I was told they received the order and everything was set. The individual I spoke to was a bit dismissive. Monday I received an email that they don't have what was available on their website and suggested a different model that was more expensive... bait and switch? Here is my primary complaint; if I just spent thousands on a new unit, you would think that would warrant a phone call to discuss potential options. Since I did not matter enough to be called then

Kate at AC4Life is simply amazing. If you want a one-stop shop with a range of products and extremely knowledgeable staff, here it is. I have been an investor for 10 years now and looked around alot for a good a/c company who knew what they were selling. Until I found Kate. It was never a sale pitch with her. She acted more like a consultant whom I could trust and always, always, always looked out for my best interest. Once we figured out what I need for the project, she then went on to give their amazing prices. I have purchased more than a few a/c units with Kate, and she is and will be my first and only call.

I have been dealing with Kate and Jaquie For years now. They always do their best to get me the best pricing and are easy to get in touch with. There has been times when I have purchased single stage furnaces and when I go to pick it up If by chance it isn’t in stock they Have given me two stage furnace for the same price. There is a reason why I have been using these guys for years now! Thanks guys and keep up the wonderful work!!
