We had a whole home generator installed by Ace Electric. Everything went very well, they did an awesome job. Jesse was great at helping get the generator connected to the internet and recommended some updates that would help make things more efficient. I highly recommend their services and will use the again for any electrical needs.

I would give less if I could. We hired ace to redo our electrical box and add a breaker for a generator. Unfortunately like others 1st our calls were ignored after we had signed the contract they just went ghost. After more than a month my husband called again and for some reason gave them a chance, unfortunately $4000 later the tech didn’t even complete the job by labeling our breaker panel that was under contract to be done. Not only did he not complete his job when he came he didn’t follow up to finish until weeks later and then come to find he actually didn’t finish he collected money and left. What a fraud of a business. I’ll be sharing this experience with all of my client’s customers as well since I have conducted business in Iowa city for 18 years as a service provider as well.

Ace has serviced and provided repairs on our 40 KW generator for over 20 years now, and we have never been disappointed. Spencer is a very talented and efficient tech who keeps us up and running!
