I had to call them back for an appt time after a week from my initial phone call, in which they were supposed to call me after I sent my info by text. Appt felt rushed (less than 15 mins) and no advice or ideas given as this is my first big project and I have a large yard. Tape measure broke so my yard and deck were literally measured by foot walking when I even offered my tape measure. Over 2 weeks no estimate was ever given by text msg as he told me it would be. I guess he didnt see the money upfront, so I went through Lowes instead. Not professional for being in business this long.
