Got a text saying it was time to schedule our yearly cleaning as we used them last year. Scheduled an appt got an email that said 10-12. Called at 12:30 and the lady that we spoke with had zero remorse and basically said sorry we don’t service your area anymore bye. That would’ve been nice to know before I sat and waited for the appt time.

This is a terrible company. I paid this company do perform an inspection on my fireplace and the technician came an hour late from the scheduled timeframe. He “inspected” the fireplace said nothing was wrong with it even though it clearly wasnt working. he rushed to leave after relighting the pilot and told me he would come back if the fireplace stopped working again. it literally went out again the next day. I contacted him and he ignored my calls and text. pitiful. I called the company and the two people I spoke with were very rude and careless. I requested a call from the manager and I never received it. They basically stole my money. Then I received an invoice for. $3000. Yes, 3000, I will never support this raggedy company and I don’t recommend them. They are incompetent on all fronts

This company is not well organized, and struggles with scheduling. I’m not sure how well their services are performed since we had to go with another company, but if you need someone to communicate well and be reliable with your appointment times, you may want to locate another company.
