Ace Handyman Services removed a pavilion from our patio area. The wood was deteriorating. Juan Casanova was amazing! He was careful with my wife’s plants and our patio area. This was a strange and confusing experience, especially for a company with an excellent Google rating and one that was recommended to me by a trusted source. My original appointment was rescheduled, but only after I called 20 minutes after the set time to see what the status was. I got a new appointment and an apology from Lucas who assured me things would progress smoothly from that time onward. Technician Juan arrived on time, only to find he had the incorrect size for the weatherstripping. He said he was going to Home Depot for supplies...and never came back.
