Helpful on more than one occasion with a project that i definitely needed help with. Even loosened a nut I couldn't get loose free of charge. Shout out to Maurice and Kel, extremely helpful! I'll be picking up whatever hardware I need here from now on.
Staff was halpful and friendly. Store was clean and layed out very well. And there is ACE. The kitty cat. Shop cats help morale for everyone!
I love the Ace Hardware of West Belleville right off of Main Street and I have never walked in the door and had bad service. These people are prompt and ready to help absolute love going here. Not to mention they have the best selection of Yeti cups in the country
We arrived at this ACE looking for a vacuum belt replacement. From the minute we came in someone was asking to help. The belt we were looking for was old and not something they had in their isle. But that didn't stop them from working and helping us find what would be the equivalent. Even though this was a small purchase and something that would probably be considered insignificant at a big box store, the staff wanted to make sure we got what we were looking for. I might be blowing this out of proportion but this level of customer service is lacking and even missing from most businesses these days. This place deserves 6 stars but I can only post 5. Thank you very much for your help. Great job guys!!!
