The worst moving experience I have ever had (and I have had many): The list of failures is staggering: Items were broken, scratched, crushed, or smashed. Boxes were mislabeled to the point of being meaningless. Parts are missing from furniture and other belongings. Multiple lamps and shelves cannot be put back together. A $300 wall clock from Pottery Barn had the hands removed, and the clock mechanism was broken in the process, rendering the clock useless. Entire items cannot be located. My bed sheets and towels were used as packing material. Salt and pepper shakers were packed inside a box labeled “TOOLS.” (One example of our inability to find anything, and packers just throwing items into anything they could find.) Movers were quick and professional. We're a military family, and Ace was provided for us. We had a 2,000 sq ft home and everything was packed up in 48 hrs. Excellent service. Thank you!

This was the second time that we used Ace Relocation to move our office. Brent's outstanding communication made this move efficient and smooth from the beginning. His team on the day of the move worked very hard and never stopped until everything was unloading and set up the way we wanted it.

This move could have been seriously bad. I had to move my mother out of her condo into an assisted living place. Mom has no short term memory so that alone is a nightmare. Ace Relocation Systems were not only professional but also compassionate and did the move without any problems! I can't begin to tell you when you use Ace that all anxious and/or uptight feelings leave as soon as they start the job! They are also wonderful at packing up the stuff that is needed to move. Anything from a glass lamp to a queen size bed. I will always use them when I move and/or will recommend them to friends and family members! Wonderful company!!
