Ernest Window Washing was a half hour early which was perfect for us. A single washer started and later a second arrived in order to safely wash the 3 level walkout bank of windows. Out of 30 windows, about 3 have tiny spots still on them which is probably from overhead geese that migrate to nearby ponds and is hard to see from the outside. Overall, Ernest was prompt, professional, and reasonable for our job. Thank you!

This would have been my third time using Ernest in the past six months. I’ve also referred them to people and know for a fact they got at least one of those jobs and I tip the employees well since it’s over 90 windows. Last Wednesday, I scheduled window and gutter cleaning and was assured they’d be able to do the job prior to Christmas. Job was scheduled for Tuesday. Monday they called and asked if it would be okay to come Christmas Eve. No problem, I understand companies run behind. Today, Christmas Eve, they’re supposed to arrive between noon and 2:00. They don’t show and I get a text at 2:30 saying they’re coming the 27th, after Christmas. I promptly call and ask to cancel the job. They ask why and tell me they’re running behind. Did not understand the task. I showed these pictures and he said we wiped for free. I didnt ask for free. But they could of said its extra service we offer and i would of happily paid. You think cleaning inside/out with screens would automatically include inside the window sill/tracks.

I paid to have the gutters cleaned but noticed the next day that the guy didn’t clean the leaves off the roof and those leaves started falling into the gutters! I called the company and talked to the Manager who said he’d send someone over that day but no one showed up! Very disappointing.
