Fast, reliable, and easy! Called today Saturday at 10:30am by 12pm I got a text that the technician was in route! He came diagnosed the issue and explained how he was going to replace a part from my furnace. Technician was really nice and explained how the furnace works and how now I should not have any issues after he replaced the broken part! Thank you Alan heating and cooling!

I would come home to an 80 degree home - or worse wake up in the middle of the night steaming hot! AC kept going off randomly. Found loose wiring and tried to fix myself. Jeffrey from Alan heating and cooling was amazing. He came out on a short notice, diagnosed the issue with my water heater. And this is after I had called another company who told me there was nothing wrong with the water heater. He ordered the parts promptly, and even came out on a holiday to replace the parts and made sure my water heater was working before he left. I would highly recommend Jeffrey from Alan cooling and heatings. He's excellent, honest, hardworking and an all-around pleasant individual.
