ACE Septic & Waste

I made an appointment and they gave me a time between 11-1 pm. Driver didn’t get to my house until 8 pm. It was pitch black dark. He was by himself and honestly my septic was buried. I had a tenant dig over 1/2 of the septic out and the driver really wanted no part in digging at 8 pm. He was trying to tell me that he couldn’t get the hose in to do the draining after him digging for like 10 min. I was like you’re not leaving until the job is done. I waited all day for him and I paid my tenant to help dig this out. I went back to my shed and got myself a shovel and started helping him. It took about another half hour to get the lid exposed enough to allow him to get the hose in. After he was finished I asked him if there was an easier way for next time. He suggested I install a riser
