Ace Supply is a phenomenal wholesale house. My grandfather started doing buisness with Ace for his tool and building needs back in the 1950' when Ace first started and he did in biz... Then the 70s to 2020 my father, and me from 2006 to today (October 2025). The current staff team today October 28, 2025 was very helpful and even remembered md from older location. Keep up the great work Ace Supply team!!!!

Needed a bathroom fan part that the big box stores didn’t sell. They were friendly and professional on the phone, called me back promptly, and in 15 minutes I drove there and they had exactly what I needed ready. I waited that long for someone to help me at the big box store—and ended up leaving when no one came! Amazing service and fair pricing.

Called to say they were sending out "free" items and then tried to get me to say OK on a recorded line as though I was ordering these things, then started talking about billing and due dates. SCAM BEWARE.

Fraud location. Sold me a $15 item for $35. When i first called them, they said its about $15. I went ahead and ordered it. And when bill came it was $35. I asked them about it. And guy said, oh sorry there must be some confusion. He even told me that since they sell this item very rarely, its very expensive. Exact same item that is about 2 inch wide cost only $5. I then called another Ace Supply Store located at different location. That location agreed that its about $15 and no way it would be $35. I request the other store to talk to eden prairie store . They did for me and even ordered for me at around $15 and was told go and pick up there from Eden Prairie location. But the fraud person at Eden Prairie location refused to sell me at $15. I again explained them about other store and
