Tyler came and serviced my dryer that wasn't heating. He was very friendly, clearly competent, and efficient in diagnosing and fixing the issue. The machine was slightly past warranty, and yet they honored it anyway. Super great company and technician to work with! I highly recommend using our local Ace Washer for your home needs.

I can't leave a zero. They can to my family's home to repair our dryer. It would not heat, they came out and "fixed" it. Not even 24 hours later the dryer runs but still won't heat. They would not refund my mother for the service unless we purchased a new dryer through them which I feel is ridiculous. Why would we purchase something from them if they can't even repair what they say they did. I understand that sometimes parts are defective, but to pull that is very shady. I would go elsewhere for appliance repair.

Called with an issue with my Speed Queen washer. The parts people were patient and extremely helpful. Nice to be able to talk with someone who understands. Based on the tips provided I was able to get my washer running. Thank you

Very happy customer. Called and asked if a drain pump was in stock, and it was. I did not catch her name but the kind lady at the front desk helped and had great customer service.

Called ahead and asked if they had a certain part I needed for a dryer I bought from Facebook marketplace for cheap. They said they had it. Recieved the part within a minute of getting inside. Went home and it worked perfectly. 5 stars for these guys. They know what they are doing
