ACH Appliance Repair Service

The techs that came out were not friendly. Problem was washer out of balance and wouldn't spin out. 1st visit replaced tub springs. Washer still wouldn't work properly. 2nd visit the same 2 unfriendly techs took the tub off and removed 2 coin and said that was the problem. They left with out doing test or anything. Washer still wasn't repaired. Called and scheduled 3rd repair. They were scheduled 6 days out from 8am to 12. At 12 no show . I called offi e I was told they were running behind. Lady in office couldn't give me estimated time. Office Lady called back 1 hour later and said they had to reschedule because there system was down to consult with whirlpool tech??? As I questioned the Lady to understand a man took over call with little explanation. Raised his voice and said WHAT DO

Terrible. Many issues scheduling repair visits. ACH was recommended by Bosch to diagnose and repair 14 month old dishwasher. I had replaced the parts previously recommended by Bosch customer service before ACH sent a tech to diagnose. After reviewing what had already been done an additional part was recommended. I agreed to the repair. follow up visit was rescheduled 3 times and the Techs showed up much later than agreed to. I had the dishwasher disconnected and out from under the cabinet because I thought it would be easier for the Techs. The part was replaced and the techs wouldn't even wait to see if it had repaired the dishwasher. The Tech that was the one that recommended the part said "we are not installers", tossed the invoice at me and said if it doesn't work it may be the parts th

This local company failed to repair my dishwasher and provided terrible customer service. They came to my house three times and did not fix my appliance. On the last visit, the repairman did not even apologize for the failure to fix the dishwasher and, surprisingly, had a bad attitude. Unfortunately, ACH did not take responsibility for the shortcomings. I do not recommend ACH.

Life savers. Our oven went out. My wife, upset to say the least. Someone recommended ACH and man they didn't disappoint. They helped with other problems I had with the same stove. Highly recommend.

If I could give a 0, it would be too high. Awful, mean, aggressive repairman who took weeks to show up. Almost $400 and a 15 month old dishwasher still doesn't work. They are recommended by Bosch, who are just as bad! If the company I work for was this rude and inconsiderate, we'd be out of business.
