I have an annual service contract with this company to do annual maintainance of my Generac generator. I paid the invoice I received from ACH electric for the contract but did not receive the maintainance service. I have left many voice mail messages and emails during the Spring 2021, but none have been answered. The company is committing fraud by billing for a service, accepting payment, and then does not provide the service.
Unreliable, misleading, and inconsiderate. Provided unreliable information and never returned calls. Avoid if you're looking for any dependability.
