Installed this in my previous carrier heat pump system. The adapter tubes work great, Just be aware that they are 3/8 and 3/4. I bought a 3/4 to 7/8 pipe adapter and used stay brite 8 on all connections. Worked perfect. Really like the 2 wire communication with all the devices. I bought the smart thermostat TL04-1 as well. Everything was packaged well and the units seems like great quality. Very happy with this ACIQ 5 ton extreme ducted heat pump system

So far its keeping up with the heat demands. I was a little worried about the placement so close to the bedroom windows. We can barley hear it. 36k hyper heat pump with air handler, I would recommend it. Had some wiring issue's, the directions were not the greatest. Tech support helped me out very well.

So happy with our new heat pump! The unit, materials, and labor were a fraction of the price of going through a local HVAC company to have a heat pump installed (all in we paid less then half what we were quoted AND this unit had a much better warranty). Great and responsive customer service, too!

I’ve been extremely happy with my ACiQ heat pump system. It kept my home perfectly warm through the winter and has been handling this hot summer with no problem. The performance has been reliable, efficient, and consistent in both heating and cooling. One of the best parts is how quiet it is, you can barely even hear it running. Plus the thermostat is super easy to use. Highly recommend!

I bought two 3-head systems for my house. Was ready to buy $$ mitsubishi systems as I’ve used them before and was pleased with them but the salesman recommended ACIQ at over half the price. Systems have been installed for a whole year now and I am very happy with them both. Cooling and heating 6 rooms of my house. They are nearly silent. My oil heat never comes on anymore. I installed them myself and I’m not an ac contractor but I have installed an elaborate Mitsubishi system in my previous home so I had experience.
