We recently had our entire roof torn off and replaced, and I honestly cannot say enough good things about Roof America. From the beginning, they were easy to talk to and very straightforward about what to expect. Once they removed the old roof, they found some additional repairs that needed to be done. Instead of brushing it off or quietly adding it to the bill, they showed me exactly what they found, explained why it mattered, and talked through the options. Our experience with Roof America was beyond exceptional! We sustained roof, siding and gutter damage on our home due to a fallen tree. Unfortunately, our insurance company offered a small percentage of actual repair costs with a take it or leave it attitude. Our adjuster proposed a partial "patch repair" which would have left us with unmatched shingles and siding, leaving not only an unsightly result but also loss of remaining roof warranty. Replaced our roof all in one day. Perry did an excellent job overseeing the project from the first quote until the new roof was installed. He was on-site during the removal/installation and walked the roof once complete for final inspection. All of this was handled with great communication and professionalism and at a reasonable price.

They called me back the day I contacted them. Nicole came 2 days later, assessed the damage, took pictures and shared them and a quote with me. They came to do the job within two weeks. They did a fantastic job. I have a flat roof on an enclosed patio. Few roofers even want to bother with them. Roof America was awesome.
