Dead tree fell partially this week at our place. Omg we were thankful it wasn’t worse. So we called the #1 Tree removal company in the area, 5 star on Angie’s List and on Google! OMG these guys did an AMAZING INCREDIBLE JOB removing two very dangerous trees, one of which was dead! When i say dead it was literally shattering!! Thankfully everyone was safe when removing it!! Kudos to S&S Property Maintenance!!! These guys are AWESOME to work with and very pleasant and professional… not to mention they cleaned up everything when they were done and stacked everything so nice!! Please read the comment response from the owner below. While I haven't had services from S & S, I would like to speak about my experience. I put in an inquiry online around 8:50 pm. He called me around 9, and said he could be here the following day to give an estimate. He did not come or call until the following day. He called and told me he spoke to a man who had an unspecified issue with my phone number. My husband hasn't talked or called anyone for this tree removal. So, surprise! He asked for details I provided during the first call at 9pm. I was very polite as he was as well, but I told him we have some friends that are going to help us get it down. Joey and I had a huge maple tree and another tree taken down today by S & S Property Maintenance. Hurricane Helene caused a lot of wind damage to the trees that were honestly in really rough shape to begin with and we were very concerned for the safety of our cars, kids, and people walking by. Steve, the owner, came out within 15 minutes of calling him for a quote (no exaggeration), gave us our options for our budget, and was able to get us on the schedule immediately. The crew was able to come out and address a tree uprooting towards my house within the week. I was amazed at how fast they showed up and took it down! The pricing felt more than fair and it was such an easy experience! They'll be my first and only call for any future work I need.
