I picked ACJ Heating & Air Conditioning for two reasons. First and foremost I was impressed by the Technician who gave me my estimate. Very knowledgeable and professional. Secondly was the BEST price to do the complete job. The added bonus was the technicians who arrived to do my replacement and relocate. Every detail was perfect. I could tell the city inspector was even familiar with the quality work this company provides. Professional and well trained Technicians translates to quality work. I love my new Trane system. Very efficient!!

After receiving several recommendations from neighbors, we had ACJ Heating and A/C come out and give us an estimate to replace our Heat Pump and air handler. The tech who gave us our estimate was very informative and the estimate was considerably lower than the four others we obtained for the same Trane system. We scheduled the work to be done and Brian and Chelsie arrived on time as promised. They did a great job of installing our system, explaining the system, and showing us the new thermostat programming. We were kept informed by their office as to the County Inspection scheduling. We are very pleased with our experience with ACJ Heating and A/C. and will definitely be recommending them to friends and family in the future.

I have been dealing with this company for many years, they have installed 2 different hvac systems for me over the years. All experiences have always been perfect, never an issue. Their service is always on time as scheduled and the one time I had a warranty call they were there within an hour, replaced a defective part and had me back and running with cold air right away. They have it all, great prices, owners, employees, and service. Best of all they are a Trane dealer.

Paid for a new a/c unit $4,900.00 came and hooked it up. 2 days later we got a cold snap in my area so i turned on the heat. barker tripped so i called ACJ A/C and the guy on the phone who said he was the owners son, told me it is Sunday morning and he is still in bed and they do not work on Sundays. I told him it was 50 degrees in my house and i just paid them almost $5,000.00 for the new unit and i have no heat. He said again i told you i am still in bed and we don't work on Sunday. I asked him if he could please call his dad the owner and let him know i have no heat. Just very recently, the company installed for us a new Trane 4TWX6036H1 heat pump condensing unit and Trane TAM7A0C42H31 variable speed Hyperion air handler. We actually chose to do business with them after having numerous offers from other companies with excellent reputation. I can gladly recommend this company for their integrity and professionalism. We had Brian with his crew commenced the installation. He finished an excellent job for us. We know very well how hard it's to find a decent company in this trade. The price also was very reasonable compared with the other offers we received. We paid for what we got.
