This company has failed miserably for months trying to fix a little issue like a bad thermostat. Pick someone other than Acme Reese and definitely don’t buy Carrier.

We figured out the issue and even took apart the unit before the tech arrived. When the tech called we told him exactly what part he would need and we asked how much everything would be so we don't waste anyone's time and know what to expect. The tech was here no more than 5 minutes. We received the bill and are being charged almost triple what we had been quoted and 2 hours of labor. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE PEOPLE! This is not an honest business!

I have used this company for many years and have had outstanding service under the owner, Brian. The office staff has always been friendly and their technicians are efficient. I feel so far the charges have been reasonable. I believe with the current service for myself and my mother we are now going on over 25 years of customer service from Acme Reese. I would like to take the time to give them a thank you and a good review. I could not find another spot to leave a review so I wanted to add that I had to have service this past weekend, extremely hot and a infant involved and Charles came to the rescue with friendly, efficient service after a long hot day in the field of service. I would like to commend and thank you, Brian, for running an excellent top rated service every time.

Called them with a bit of an odd request on moving an AC unit. Long story short, they provided options that would save me money and were happy to help. Good value, friendly techs, responsive, and arrived on time. 10/10

Had new a/c unit installed last month. Brian gave me a great price and Doc and Glen did the install. They took their time, paid attention to detail and did an amazing job.
