Acosta Home & Air Pro

We had Acosta install a ductless system on our 2nd floor and a ducted system on the 3rd floor this summer. Their pricing was very competitive, and they were willing to consider more options than other companies who wouldn’t even consider a ducted system. They were very communicative throughout the process. I was highly impressed with the installers, who worked tirelessly for several days installing the units and making sure all the hoses and cables and covers outside the house looked good aesthetically. Each day they updated me on what was completed and what was left to do. They also included a 3 year warranty where they’ll check the system performance annually. I’m very happy we chose them for the job!

Miguel, Jorge and the other guy are really knowledgeable. I call them to service me and I live all the way in Greenwich, CT. Their prices are right and Jorge/Miguel knows everything about small units and large ones. I was so happy with their service today, that I paid my invoice and tipped the guys!! When I entered Acosta Home and Air Pro's showroom for the first time, I was greeted by one of the owners and the sale manager. They were so welcoming and professional explaining to me how a heat pump system works. They did everything from the permit application, finding a reliable electrician, applying for a grant with Con Edison to installing the whole system! They have been so pleasant to work with. I am working from home so I saw how well they work! They were discreet, polite, showed up on time and cleaned before leaving. I have also called them a few times for a faucet leak, bath tap not working. Every time, they came on the same day and fixed the problem for a reasonable price. Jesus and Jorge came out to do a mold cleaning and they were very professional and got the job done very well. Talked to Miguel on the phone and he was very respectful and helped set up the appointment. Honest guys who do good work and charge very very fairly.
