After installing slate floors on our first floor, I realized the lighter grout had settled into the natural grooves of the slate, dulling its depth and finish despite multiple cleaning attempts. It became clear we needed a professional. I was referred to Victor, owner of Westchester Restoration, and from the first visit I was impressed. Wonderful is the onlly adequate word for what Victor and Jason did. We had three areas, living, dinng, and kitchen with Mexican tile floors, all of them thirty or more years old and very much in need of restoration. Victor gave us an estimate, set a date (he estimated the job would take six days with a little gap at the end - they did it in five, accommodating to our need to be ready for guests and to reduce the feeling of disruption for our large and activve Doberman - who needed to change her routines). Victor and Jason did a wonderful job cleaning and regrouting two of our showers. They cleaned and regrouted our master shower, including removing calcium buildup from the floor, repairing seams, and even finding a solution to where a piece of marble that had chipped off. They also did an excellent job cleaning and regrouting our children's bathroom, even replacing some tiles as needed. Victor and Jason were professional, timely, clean, and did excellent work. I highly recommend them.

Victor and Jason did a phenomenal job cleaning and re-grouting our marble tile shower (floor and walls). Victor explained the entire process at the beginning so it was clear what was required (and clear how we should better maintain it going forward).
