I cannot say enough good things about ACR Refrigeration and the owner Adrian. Our heater furnace went out on the very first day of the winter storm, and our house temperature dropped to 55°. We were stressed and worried, but he came out within an hour of us calling, which was incredible given the conditions. He quickly diagnosed the issue and had it fixed at a very fair price. Communication throughout the entire process was clear and reassuring, and the level of customer service was outstanding. It is rare to find someone this responsive, honest, and reliable, especially during an emergency. Highly recommend ACR Refrigeration to anyone needing HVAC work. We will absolutely use them again.

Adrian was prompt and professional! He was very knowledgeable and trustworthy. We called him for a second option and he came out without hesitation.
