Her warmth and skill were a pleasant departure from what I usually encounter. This excellent standard continued as Mark performed a water heater install for me at the 11th hour as my Christmas guests were about to descend on me. He arrived on time and his confident skill and professionalism put me instantly at ease. A tale of an undetected leak... my water heater had been leaking for months, unknown to me.
