Republic Home Services

We have had unfortunate situations lately that have lead to several visits from Republics home services plumbing and hvac team. Every visit they make as pleasant as they can, they give detailed reports that are easy to understand and give different options as a fix and offer preventative upkeep. They are prompt when handling emergent situations. The membership is a great value and has proven to be valuable to us. Kelton is the best plumber and Jeromy and Austin are great hvac techs.

We had Jerome come visit and check on our heating system and he was phenomenal! Our home was chaotic with children and pets and the aftermath of hosting and he was so kind and gracious. He took the time to listen to my 3 year old about her toy which made her feel special. He was thorough in his inspection and answered every question I had. He was able to explain everything really well! He asked if we needed our filter replaced (we did, but hadn’t gotten to it because our ceilings are high) and replaced it for us, which was amazing. We have had Republic out here several times since living here and everyone is incredible. Thank you Jerome!!

Republic Home Service has a good customer service, they are prompt and attentive but their prices are very high compared to peers. On 2/2/26 I called them due to a heater issue, they sent Jeromy Hurley and within 1 hour he had not found the issue. Checking my watch I asked for an update which he provided but mentioned so far the incurred cost was $258. The show up charge was $129. The reason he doubled that within an hour was because I needed an extended service. He further said if I wanted to continue with the service, the cost would be about $450, this fee would be further assessed since at that point he had not diagnosed the issue. I asked if the show up charge is credited once the issue is diagnosed but he did not want any further financial discussion. I decided to end the service. I l

Republic Home 24 hour service was a lifesaver for us last night. Our daughter notices water dripping from our ceiling around 10 pm. She looked in our attic and found that one of the pipes from our A/C was the culprit. Right away she called their number. Thirty minutes later Jeremy their technician was at our door. He not only fixed the pipe, they are also having their sheet rock people coming soon to repair our ceiling at no cost to us. We are so thankful we choose them to install our A/C last summer. Their service is wonderful.

Wayne and Zack were awesome!! They were very courteous and professional and knowledgeable. Had I known they were this great, I would have scheduled my appointment months ago. I truly appreciate Republic Home services for making life easier for me with the services you provide. And kudos to HR for always hiring great and knowledgeable employees. My interactions with them has always been beyond satisfactory. Thank you again Wayne and Zack!
