Over the course of the last 13 years, I have used over 20 different roofing companies across the Southeast. ACS commercial roofing applied a GE silicon coating application to cover the membrane roof at my office building in downtown Columbia. I chose this application over roof replacement because my roof was in good shape, the cost was much lower and the silicon roof came with a 20 year warranty. The application made my roof look brand new! The ACS team did an incredible job getting my job done on time in the middle of COVID-19. After the torrential rainstorm Nashville got hit with a couple weeks ago, the roof started leaking from 3 different points on the roof at one of the vacation rental properties I manage downtown.
