ACS Heating and Air Conditioning

Nick Smith from ACS Heating and Air came out to look at our AC today and he was able to fix the issue right away. He was friendly and helpful. I asked a lot of questions that he answered in detail. We will definitely request him in the future if we need anything from the company. Thank you for the very quick response time (we called this morning) and excellent customer service!

I highly recommend ACS Heating and AC in Tucker, GA for your HVAC needs. I recently had to call ACS on a Saturday evening to trouble-shoot my furnace that had stopped working. Nick, the on-call tech came out and found the problem and on Monday morning, ACS was ready to come out and install the part that was under warranty. ACS serviced my original HVAC system for many years and I bought my new HVAC system from them in 2023. They always provide prompt service and their techs are courteous, friendly and knowledgeable.

I had my home a/c unit repaired by ACS technician name KJ, he took every necessary step to diagnose the problem and he concluded that the compressor needed to be replace since the unit is still under warranty a new compressor was ordered through carrier and it was replaced about two to three days later. He also replaced the thermostatic expansion valve txv that cost a little bit more than i anticipated for replacement cost but overall the tech was knowledgeable in response to all my questions and patient too. I will have to give him A+ for a work well done

Disappointing!!!! I truly wish I would have waited possibly did a little bit more research before I allowed Anytime to service and replace my air -conditioner. 1) The sales rep. That came into my home to take the order gay false information. Pertaining to how many days it would take to put in the air conditioner and another issue. 2) The installers were an hour later than the window I was given in reference to the time and I was told I was the only customer for that day for the two installers showed up at my home. 3) The installers then left 5 hours later they worked a half a day. Which of course meant they were going to take longer than what the person indicated it would take to install the air conditioner. 4) the installers removed my old air conditioner and leaked freon on my lawn and i

I found this company in 2001 after two other vendors were unable to fix my system. Somehow, they managed to keep my system alive and kicking for 19 years. They seem to retain staff as many I saw year after year. I am nowhere near wealthy, so their skillset has been deeply appreciated. My system is not up to environmental codes, so this year I was finally ready and able to invest in a new system. The sales team worked with me to pick the right system for my budget and need. They listened, were respectful and patient. No hard or long sell from Josh, which I very much appreciated. The installers were fabulous. They provided great instructions, were timely and efficient, and their clean-up was spotless. This is a class A company. Diverse too!
