Act Fast Restoration

I just wanted to share my appreciation and recommendation for Act Fast. They responded quickly to a lifting tiles and smell in my laundry room. Within 24 hours they arrived and had noted the problem with existing plumbing and cracks in the concrete slab. The problem had spread from laundry room, to hallway and into master bath. Upon investigation they found mold in the area and walls and were willing to assist me with the insurance claim which I had never used before. They coordinated with the insurance company and quickly were able to properly mitigate the problem areas with mold and water damage and replaced all affected areas making it all look brand new and better than before. Black mold was found along the side of my house. About 30 feet. Luckily it was in an exterior overhang. But the problem still needed to be taken care of. Act Fast Restoration came out and and acted fast. They made sure that the mold hadn’t spread anywhere else, identified the cold water pipe that had caused the problem and got rid of the mold. The entire job took two days. They advised on what to do with the pipe to avoid this problem again.

After all the rain, I discovered mold around the edges of my french doors. I called Act Fast Restoration and they came out the next day. They removed some of the dry wall and cleaned everything. They did a water test and found the leak, and repaired the leak and the wall. I highly recommend them.

We had lots of rain lately and we never had a leak but finally we did. They showed up within an hour of our call and took care of it. Rain or shine they will be there. I highly recommend you to give them a chance when needed.

They were fast and effectively cleaned our pump pit!
