Very unprofessional experience. Communication was poor from the beginning, and the way he speaks to customers is completely unacceptable. Instead of clearly explaining what was covered under warranty and what wasn’t, he immediately jumped to charging high labor costs without transparency. When I asked reasonable questions about the warranty and the $1,500 charge, he became defensive and avoided giving clear answers. That’s not how you handle customers, especially when dealing with units that are only two years old. If you’re looking for someone who communicates clearly, honors agreements, and treats customers with respect, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

Lawrence and his team worked on our roof. Not only did they give us an amazing price they helped with the permits and we're transparent for every step. They put us at easy and the job was done perfectly. They were friendly and always on time.

Guy's work is shady and didn't fix our AC. Drags on the issue to milk more money from you.

Never again. Slow..had an excuse for everything. Dragged on projects. Had different workers show up or everything. They had to figure what or where the other left off. Poor workmanship. Promises made, never kept. Made advance payments so he could pay workers so they could show up. Talked to his workers they waited weeks to be paid. They had to paid in advance to show up to work for this guy. Never ever again. Obviously I would never recommend this guy. Had to leave a one star or it would let me post on yelp. I reluctantly had to give a one star.

Great experience with Lawrence! Called them at 11 at night. Middle of summer no AC and they showed up in 20 minutes, fixed it in 15 and we were good to go. Just got a lifetime customer
