Action Pest Control

We initially used Skyline Pest control and were very happy with the service, then Bug Out bought them and it was still pretty good. Most recently they were bought out by Active and we have been very disappointed with lack of response to service requests, poor and unprofessional communications, lack of knowledge on the part of most employees who answer the phone. There have been a couple of knowledgeable sounding folks but two weeks later still no response to our request to remove a hornets' nest. We ended up doing it ourselves. We are switching services at this point. Not worth the time to continually call them for follow up.

Mark went above and beyond and was dedicated to getting the job done. Satisfied customer!!!
