Rough start to a great finish! A team of their word. Totally fixed my unit that was damaged by the storm. Cleaned the unit and also made sure everything was fixed and repaired as stated. Zachary was easy to work with and quick! Experts like this don’t come around very often. Use them for all your repairs needs for HVAC.

I’m very pleased with the response time with Epic Air even while going through my home warranty company who tends to drag their feet. These guys were honest and patient to show me how things work for the part that broke. I would probably call this company for out of warranty work in the future because it was an overall good experience.

Epic has been my go-to for years. All the guys are professional and Sandy in the office is always helpful whenever I call. Honest company. Update July 2023: had all three outdoor units acid washed and after the temperatures coming out of the register for all three were between 8 and 10° lower. Highly recommend doing that if your systems haven't been cleaned for some time. You'll make the money back in a summer! Thanks, Brad!

Fast and knowledgeable! Showed up on time, fixed the issue (bad compressor) quickly and ran me through everything I needed to know about maintaining my AC unit. Wasn't pushy about sales but walked me through my replacement options when I asked. Great company and great experience!
