This man and this company are one in a million! Remember when people used to offer great service as a point of pride? Bob McCain is THAT guy. We are a senior dog hospice home charity in North East Georgia and when our washer broke down, it was a true crisis. Bob came out super quickly, on the weekend, over the New Year when most people don't even answer their phones. When he realized he would not be able to fix the machine (Samsung...beware, they're not easy or cheap to fix and parts take weeks to come) he offered us an old machine he had at home to see us through while we tried to get a new machine. Bob was very honest about what was going on with my washer. He didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. He was an excellent price. And he picked up my old washer! We'll be using his services for sure in the future.

We had a leak coming from somewhere near the refrigerator that was warping our hardwood floor, but it was a brand new refrigerator. Builder couldn't locate it. Called out Bob, he checked the back, couldn't find a leak until he tried to use the water dispenser. Every time the water dispenser was used, water would pour out the back. He pulled several lines out, check them, turned out the line that was bad had to be ordered from Frigidaire. He suggested I call them as that line was a different line and in the wall of the refrigerator. I did, and they gave me a quote minimum $500 to even come out and look at it. I found the schematics online since it was a new model. I called Bob, asked him if he was willing to look at the schematics and see if he could fix it. He did, ordered the parts and h
