We recently hired Arbor Authority to remove four trees around our home, one of which was close to the house. Jay was incredibly professional, punctual, and clearly very experienced. He took the time to explain the process and made us feel confident that the job was being done safely and correctly. His crew was just as impressive—respectful, hardworking, and extremely efficient. No trace that they had been here other than the trees no longer in my yard. The entire job was completed quickly and with great care. We couldn’t be happier with the results and would highly recommend Jay and his team to anyone in need of tree services.

I have had a lot of trees cut down during the past 50 years. From the initial quote all the way through cleanup Jay Hobson and his Arbor Authority crew are the best I have ever seen. Jay is not only a certified arborist, but a master chainsaw artist who can weave his way through a tree safely dropping limbs hanging over house and electric lines to the perfect drop point. A true professional, he and his crew are on time, courteous, hard working and extremely professional. They can handle any tree no manner how difficult for job.

There are many jobs that I would love to try, but not this one! Cutting trees, especially the height of the one that I witnessed today, is dangerous work that requires exact professionalism and skill. Arbor Authority, a licensed tree cutting service in Banks and Jackson Counties, is the company that I used. They were better than timely; they actually completed the job before anticipated!
