Absolutely incredible customer service beginning with the initial phone call and all the way through to the completion of the job! The professionalism, the timeliness, the efficiency, the tidy manner in which the job was approached and finished, the kindness of the servicemen and their willingness to discuss the job as they proceeded, as well as, the mannerisms and voice tone in which they spoke with my elderly mother (whose plumbing they were fixing) were all highly commendable. I would absolutely recommend Action Plumbing to anyone and we will definitely use them again!!

Horrible experience. Unprofessional, gas line replacement job for new furnace was bid and accepted, Action never scheduled the work and no callback over the next 2 months. Was told that the plumber who did the bid had left the company. Revised rating from 1 star to 4 star. After the initial rocky start with the scheduling and contractors, owner worked directly with me to get the job done and honored original bid price. Very satisfied with work. Owner went the extra distance to ensure customer satisfaction.

Such a scam!! So dishonest people!! I had a quarter-turn on the outdoor sprinkler system frozen broken during the winter storm. I turned the whole system off and waited a while to have it repaired. Called last week, postponed the scheduled two times and finally showed up in the morning. They looked at the system and ask for $845! I immediately said no I am not going to repair it. After a minute, they knock on my door and said their boss said they can do it for $475, what? I still turned them down because it is half-hour work maximum. After another minute, they knock my door again and say there is a $70 fee to visit my house, are you kidding me, $70 to look at my busted quarter-turn? Contacted three weeks ago for propane hookup to house. Came out never called me back to tell me how much. Called two weeks later said guy quit had to send someone else out. They sent another person out. Never called back. I called them said they were working on getting me estimate. Never called back. I went online Saturday and found someone else they have installed and hooked propane up to house and now have both a/c and hit water. I see other reviews like mine. Y’all best believe it when we say these guys are horrible we speak from experience. Absolute Garbage

I would recommend anyone to Action Plumbing. They have excellent skills. They were efficient, clean, respectful of privacy, and communicated what was needed and completed. P.S. No leaks! Thank you so much.
