Josie was a fantastic consultant! She consistently made sure the crew showed up on time and that all the work met high-quality standards. If anything wasn’t up to par, she addressed it immediately. She regularly checked in to ensure we were completely satisfied throughout the process. I highly recommend her! After 35 years with redwood siding on our home, the update was truly amazing.

I just had Action Roofing install a new roof this fall. I worked with Josie Trueblood. She was fantastic. She showed me a roofing sample that would look good on my house and even gave me an address of where to see what it looks like on a house the same color as mine. That was a great idea. Josey worked with my insurance company and answered all my questions, The roofing crew that Action Roofing used was great. They did a great job of clean up and were thorough in the process. Any issue or concern I had they corrected or fixed. I would use them again. Highly recommend Josie for your roofing needs.

Action Roofing and Siding just installed a new roof on my house. I interviewed 4 contractors and decided on Action Roofing. Josie Trueblood of Action Roofing was prompt and thorough in providing me with information about the product they offered. She was pleasant in answering my questions and adjusting the proposed contract as needed. Their price was competitive, the crew arrived early and finished in less than a day. Josie was on site the day of the roofing. The roof is only a few days old, so I can only comment on my experience thus far, but I feel very well taken care of and the roof looks great!

Highly recommend! Could have not been more pleased with our experience! From the first meeting with Josie Trueblood, their Exterior Remodeling Consultant, helping us navigate thru the roofing process and her help with picking a complimentary color to our house. She gave us a very detailed estimate which included things we never thought about. We added on to our order midstream and the crew adjusted to get it done. Our front roof over was designed by the crew as it was being worked on. Found out that our previous house roof was not to code. Action Roofing & Siding went beyond code and fixed what was needed. We love the color & appreciated Josie’s patience with us when we were deciding on which color combination to choose!!! Josie went out of her way to make sure we were happy.
