Red Eye Exterior Cleaning

Jackson cleaned our exterior windows at the end of this past summer and we were incredibly pleased with his work. He was communicative and responsive, showing up on time and answering any questions we had. His prices are fair, especially considering the quality of his work. We will definitely have him back for future cleaning and recommend others utilize his services. He's knowledgeable and incredibly friendly to work with.

Excellent experience! Jackson was very responsive, clear with the process and his options, recommendations. He showed up early and completed the cleaning removing years of dirt, spider webs, and wasp nests. The house and eves look like they were freshly painted. Windows sparkle! Jackson is courteous and very knowledgeable on the products and procedures on cleaning your external home surfaces. I enjoyed my interactions with him, trusted what he told me and his products/pricing are very fair and cheaper than other vendors in the area. I am still waiting for dying algie / moss to wash off my roof but it just hasn't rained much since my cleaning last Friday. When it comes to window cleaning he removes every screen and thoroughly scrubs each pane. I ordered "everything and the kitchen windows" and the only feedback I can give is that the inside track for my sliding glass door was not cleaned out. Overall I'd happily hire Jackson again and would easily recommend him to others who may need these cleaning services.

We had an event coming up on Sunday and decided last minute (Wednesday) that we really needed our windows cleaned. I called Jackson at Red Eye Window Cleaning, and even though his schedule was full, he called me back shortly after and said he was able to rearrange things to help us out. On Friday, he showed up right on time and immediately got to work on all 55 of our windows. Jackson was extremely personable, professional, and efficient. He carefully washed each window inside and out, cleaned the screens, and used a thorough process—water, cloth, squeegee, and then double-checked from every angle to make sure there were no smudges or streaks. Jackson did a great job. I had an afternoon appointment with him but he had a cancellation and called me to see if he could come out earlier then originally scheduled. Worked out great. I can see clearly through my windows again. Prompt, personable, polite young man try to build his business!
