Custom One Renovation

We chose Custom One after considering a handful of similar category remodelers. The reason we chose COR was because of the people. And in the end, the reason I am giving the experience 5 stars is because of the people. Leah Kovar was our designer. Her work is innovative and she was so fun and easy to work with. A true gem. John Miller - I knew it would get done if John was involved. This was a large project; an addition, gut remodel kitchen, full bath, laundry room, entry and all new windows and doors. The finished project is beautiful. The construction is quality and we came in on budget. We were not without issues, but in the end, everything was completed and I never once worried they wouldn’t make it right.

We recently finished our renovation project with Custom One Renovation. The project included a master suite addition, a full remodel of our main floor living space, and a serious facelift to the outside of our home. We had an excellent experience with Custom One. From the initial design process to the final walkthrough, everything was seamless and well organized. The project stayed on schedule, the job site was always clean, and every contractor we worked with was professional, polite, and a pleasure to have in our home. Hogan was fantastic to work with and consistently kept us informed on where things stood throughout the process. Olivia was wonderful during the design phase—she offered great recommendations and was quick to pivot and update renderings whenever we changed our minds. I have worked with a number of companies and tradespeople over the last 10 years I have lived in this home and no one has come close to Custom One in regards to the expertise and quality experience I have had with this team. I spent the most time with Lexi and Hogan who were both knowledgeable, detailed, involved and communicative. All of the teams they used for each phase of the basement renovation were professional, clean and friendly. I wish I had been able to use COR for all of my previous home projects but I will going forward!

Custom One was amazing at helping us renovate the exterior and interior of our house, including a complete kitchen upgrade. The entire Custom One Team was extremely helpful through the design process, project management, and construction phases of the project. The materials, craftsmanship and finishes were very high quality. They communicated thoroughly every step of the way, minimized disruptions for our family and coordinated all activities. They really made the renovation worry free and were always available throughout the entire process.
