Actionaire

I was very pleased with Actionaire for the installation of a new forced air furnace/AC. Like any project, there were some minor, unexpected issues. The crew was VERY communicative about the changes and cost. I will use them again and have already recommended them to others.

The technician was very professional and polite. He fixed my pilot light and instructed me on how to prevent it happening again. He didn't have to do that, but I was very pleased to know how to help prevent further costs to me. Thank you for your service to me.

We have an older gas boiler that needed a replacement part. Not an easy task but Desiree was diligent and kept at it. She kept us informed of the status and scheduled the service call as soon as it came in. Great customer service! Shane the technician was equally professional and had the repairs completed and heat restored before he left. Highly recommend 👌

My main hood fan stopped working at 6am on the start of a 3 day weekend. I called Action Air and spoke to Desiree. She was so helpful and heard the panic in my voice. She kept in contact with me and the tech, Jesse, also kept me informed of his ETA. He arrived and worked his magic, and the hood is ready to rock. I will forever sing your praises and from myself and my crew, thank you for being so awesome and helpful.

Jeff & Jessie did an amazing job installing our new heat pump. They showed on time were very polite & helpful with showing us how the system works. They also assured me that if we ever needed help they are just a phone call away. I highly recommend them for any heating & cooling services.
