ServiceMaster is an exceptional company on all fronts-from quick response time, excellent communication, quality workers, follow-up, making sure all is complete. My mom's home had a broken pipe that flooded 4 rooms. Joe fixed the problem quickly - obviously very experienced in plumbing. Cliff is very thorough, friendly, great communication, prompt, explains well and did a fantastic job in mitigation. Thank you to Hunter for a return call on Sunday and your work. Very thankful for the prompt response and communication we received after a leak in our den. Mitigation was thorough and prompt, repairs as described and very nice attention to detail. Big thanks to everyone who assisted with plumbing, drywall and flooring. They worked with our insurance adjuster and the entire process was seamless. We had a water heater hose break in an upstairs bedroom. Water poured out for 6 hours while we were sleeping. Massive Water poured into our main floor. I called the insurance company at 8:00am. I called service master at 8:45am. Hunter was at our home by 9:30am. He had equipment in place by 10:30am. The water mitigation team were lightening fast in taking care of the water and drying things out. Kati and her content team showed up shortly after and worked feverishly to sort, separate and pack contents. They have taken great care of our furniture and all items. Their communication and work ethic is clearly a cut above the norm. Thank you service master for making an unfortunate incident bearable.

Had an unfortunate water leak from my waterline to my fridge and they responded very quickly. Stayed in touch and set up a great containment to help dry it out so repairs could commence. They communicated well and I trusted them in my home even when I couldn’t be there. That speaks volumes.

Service master is the BEST!!! I work for a property management company in grays harbor so of course we deal with awful weather around here that results in water leaks. Hunter and his team have ALWAYS been super responsive and quick to address any issue, as well as provide a bid and give us guidance on next steps in a timely manner. We have used them probably 5-6 times already and have been impressed everytime. Besides our rentals, my mom used him recently when her new windows started leaking and caused damage and just like every other time they were there same day to help us out.
