We liked Sebastian so much when he gave us an estimate, that we didn't even look for more estimates. He's friendly, professional, very affordable and stayed right on the estimated price and time line. We can't say enough about how happy we are with the finished bar floor and bathroom floor. Sebastian is a very well organized contractor. He is dependable and overall self-motivated. He started my full-home rehab in Ocean Shores, WA in August 2024 and was done by October of that year. He demonstrated lots of care and accountability during the project, keeping me constantly updated. In regard to quality of work, I have no complaints there given that he is detailed oriented. We did go out of budget constraints multiple times, but I know that he was looking out for my best interest when he was making further suggestions to repair the siding and front decking of the house given that the coast is a very humid area and there was tons of wood rot.
