Woke up at 5:00 am on a Sunday morning feeling cold. Furnace was not heating. Called the office number and got Nick - the 24 hr on call Tech. He was able to get to us by about 10:30. Nick was great! Very knowledgeable. Was able to troubleshoot and get us fixed up.

Connor did a good job. He knew what to look for, where to look and how to take care of it. Very friendly. Good to talk to. I need other help with heating system or cooling. I'll give you guys a call. Thank yo

Our furnace went out the day before Thanksgiving. I called Active Heating in the morning and they made it out within a few hours. They had the part on hand and were able to fix it right away. They were fast, efficient, professional, and great to work with! Don't hesitate to call them!

Had trouble with my furnace on a Saturday and came later and took care of it and explained what the problem was.

Our AC went out Wednesday so I called and left an after-hours message. I have a sister-in-law who lives with us who has progressive MS and epilepsy and heat causes her to have seizures. The next morning, I was called and an appointment was set up for that afternoon. Upon talking with the tech, he explained that unfortunately the repairs would be over half of a new system. I went with the new system option and was put on the schedule for Tuesday May 30. Yesterday, May 25, they showed up and installed my system 5 days early! They said they understood the urgency we had and wanted to get us taken care of right away. Top notch service, excellent communication and a honest compassion for others.
