Complete Plumbing

After using our outside spigot to water our flowers for the first time this spring, we discovered later that evening that it had froze and cracked over the winter after noticing water in the basement. Complete Plumbing got back to us first thing the next morning and had a tech there the next morning by 9:00 AM! They were SUPER friendly and helpful and fixed the issue quickly. So thankful they we able to come over so fast and were incredibly understanding to our mitigation urgency. No question, we'll be calling Complete Plumbing for all of our plumbing needs from now on.

Text Mike at 6:30am. He text me back within a few minutes. Came to our house at 8:15 and sewer had opened on its own. He didn't make me feel stupid. He just made double sure it was open and left. Thanks you for letting me look over your shoulder and waisting your time.

After calling a number of plumbers in town that wouldn't help, Complete Plumbing was our saving grace. We had a major leak in our basement and needed someone that day. Complete Plumbing was able to come out to our acreage 25 min from town with the right supplies while we were at work to fix our issue. I talked to Jen and she was very kind, polite, and understanding that I knew nothing about our plumbing set up. I have not received the bill but appreciate what they were able to do for us! Side note- When I came home (rainy muddy day), the only evidence of the plumber being in our house was a partial footprint in our door way.
