In August The first technician came out to fix a window in my house and was super nice but said he'd had to order a part then he'd be in contact. We didn't hear anything for months then when we were supposed to have another stop by to finish the job he never rang my doorbell or knocked and when I went to open the door he was gone. When we tried to get in contact again we've only gotten the run around of we will call you back but never getting one.
Great people to work with and the best customer service I have ever experienced with a building center. We use them on all our residential construction projects.
Fantastic design capabilities if you want a truly custom home. They can provide creative solutions and advice for all your building problems. They provide great customer service too.
