Great people and customer service. Sean is especially excellent, caring, passionate about his job and is so trustworthy that I wouldn’t think twice about having him go in our home if we weren’t home, he’s a great guy. I would 100% recommend Honorguard.

We had been with All Good for several years when Active bought them out. We loved our All Good tech. They notifed us when they would be servicing and were always on time. Active says they call a day prior, but we have never received a call. Then I get a notification (and invoice) that they serviced our location, yet no one ever saw anyone. They would need access to inside our building, so we know they didn't come inside. I do not recommend this company.

we continue to have great experiences with Active, after over 10 years of service, with our technicians always looking for ways to make sure we are getting the most value out of our service. It's not like they are trying to make another sale - they have really been trying to make sure we don't have any problems. I trust their technicians, value their expertise, and appreciate their general helpfulness and personal communication styles (they have all seemed really friendly over the years)
