Horrible! They don’t notify you when they are doing work in the neighborhood. They tore down an entire lot of trees including an owls nest for one single power line. Baby owls dead. There’s no care or responsibility to people’s homes or livelihood. Absolutely devastating and disgusting.

Unresponsive. Garbage collection knocked the wheels off my bin a week ago. Rather than fixing it themselves (You break it, you fix it, right?) they just left it broken in my driveway. Called Public Works immediately; all I got was voice-mail, but left a detailed message. When I had not heard back by late in the day, called again, got voice-mail again. Finally called another number, and spoke to a person, who took a message and promised to relay it. This was Tuesday, 5/31. By Thursday, 6/2, no repair had been started, so I called again. This time, I spoke to a man, who said it could take up to a week for a work order to get completed. In the meantime, what was I to do with trash, since the bin could not stand? Called to inquire about the recycling bins which were overflowing 4/16/20. Lisa said she would let the supervisor know so, he could relay a message to the company. About 10 mins later Lisa calls me back (using caller ID) to let me know the recycle company would be out on Friday to empty bins! That’s over and above customer service!!!! Thank you!
